HOW DO I GET STARTED?

1. CONTACT The Brain Boost Academy to schedule a Consultation appointment (via in person, phone or Skype)

2. RECEIVE AND COMPLETE Developmental, Medical, Social, Emotional and Academic History Intake Forms

3. MAIL A COPY of relevant past reports you would like reviewed

4. EVALUATE SKILLS & LEARN RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

STEP 1 – Records Review by a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or a Therapeutic Learning Coach
STEP 2 – In Person Evaluation at Brain Boost Academy
STEP 3 – In Person Consultation of Evaluation Results and Recommendations

NEXT BEST
STEP 1 – Records Review by a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or a Therapeutic Learning Coach
STEP 2 – Live Consultation (via phone or Skype/Zoom) of skills and recommended programs and support strategies

5. DISTANCE PROGRAM SET-UP
Depending upon the recommended programs, and the student’s and family’s availability, the following may be recommended or scheduled:

1. Attend Training at Brain Boost Academy (If applicable)
2. Attend an Orientation and Training for specialized programs (In-person or via phone or Skype/Zoom)
3. Receive necessary program materials via mail (e.g., Training materials, Computer software, Workbooks, Progress checklists, MP3’s, manuals etc.)

6. GET STARTED TOWARD SUCCESS!
• Receive ongoing scheduled support and program monitoring (via email, phone, Skype, or in-person at Brain Boost Academy)
• Schedule a post-program in-person Progress Evaluation (if applicable) at Brain Boost Academy
• Complete progress success charts
• Return licensed materials (prepaid) via mail
• Students receive congratulatory certificates of achievement and a special treat.
• Keep in touch and inform Brain Boost Academy about the positive changes that have occurred after the program has been completed!
